CORPORATE RESELLER/MSP OF THE YEAR (£50M+)
This award is open to all channel resellers and MSPs supplying customers with hardware, software, services, managed and integrated solutions. Entrants can provide solutions in either single or mulitple technology sectors.
Entries should demonstrate a proven track record of providing value added solutions for customers with particular reference to outstanding projects implemented in the past year. The judging panel will also be looking for evidence of excellence in customer service and how investment, innovation, training, new partnerships, or marketing initiatives, are helping you to stand out from the crowd to deliver an extra value-added service to business customers.
Entrants should provide:
Overview (150 word maximum)
Overview of the company including when established, number of staff, management structure, USPs, location(s), marketing strategy, target markets and any vertical market specialisation.
Entry based around the following criteria: (450 word maximum)
Business growth: Outline your business strategy for growth. Demonstrate and provide evidence of successes over the past year, including any acquisitions, investment in people and infrastructure, or other elements that have enabled you to achieve your growth objectives.
Business agility: How responsive has your business been to changing market circumstances, with particular reference to the pandemic and your steps to mitigate its impact on your staff and reseller partners.
Innovation: Provide examples of innovative approaches, working practices, new partnerships or the launch of new solutions/services that have enhanced your service offering.
Excellence: Provide evidence of developing value-added solutions for customers that meet and exceed customer requirements and expectations (include customer testimonials if desired).
