TECHNOLOGY RESELLER/MSP SOLUTION INSTALL OF THE YEAR
This award is open to all channel resellers and MSPs (regardless of size) that can provide a case study of a project solution in any technology sector which met and exceeded customer expectations in the past year.
Entries should be based on a specific customer case study and should be accompanied by a testimonial from the customer concerned. Judges will be evaluating project criteria, proposal, implementation, customer training/support, deliverables and RoI.
Entrants should provide:
Overview (150 word maximum):
Overview of your company including when established, number of staff, management structure, USPs, location(s), marketing strategy, target markets and any vertical market specialisation.
Entries should be in the form of a customer case study that includes (750 word maximum):
Customer description: Business sector, number of employees and locations and region served.
Business challenges: What were the customers needs and what were they trying to achieve?
Proposal: Provide details of your solution proposal, how it met or exceeded the customer’s requirements and any competitive bids for the project which you had to overcome.
Implementation: Describe the deployment of your solution and any pain points. How was disruption minimised, plus the training (if applicable) and support you provided to ensure a successful implementation.
Deliverables: Detail the key benefits including tangible facts and figures covering RoI, cost savings, time savings, productivity gains and improvement in environmental impact.
Excellence: Provide evidence of meeting and exceeding customer requirements. Include customer testimonials if desired.
