For projects or installations completed by an MSP/Reseller (of any size) in the last 12 months that have met and exceeded customer expectations.

Entries should be based on a specific customer case study and should be accompanied by a testimonial from the customer concerned. Judges will be evaluating the project criteria, proposal, implementation, customer training/support, deliverables and RoI.

Entrants should provide:

Overview
Overview of the company including when established, turnover, number of staff, company certifications, spending on staff training and vertical market specialism (if relevant).

Entry based around the following criteria (4000 characters - approx 750-800 word maximum):

• A brief description of what the company does and how it serves its customers.
• What were your customer’s needs and what were they trying to achieve? Why was this unusual?
• Provide details of your solution, how it met or exceeded your customer’s requirements and any competitive bids for the project that you had to overcome.
• Describe the deployment of your solution and any pain points. How was disruption minimised? Include training (if applicable) and support you provided to ensure successful implementation.
• Detail the key benefits including facts and figures covering RoI, cost savings, time savings, productivity gains and improvement in environmental impact. Highlight the impact it has had on your customer’s business.

Supporting Documents

• You may provide TESTIMONIALS to support your entry. Multiple files are allowed but these should be combined into a single zip file prior to upload.
• Please make sure you submit your entry using the online form. An entry submitted as a separate document will NOT BE GIVEN TO THE JUDGES.
• The judges will only read other supporting documentation in the case of a tie so DO NOT INCLUDE here any vital part of your basic entry as it WILL NOT FORM PART OF THE INITIAL JUDGING PROCESS.
• Please do not upload video files. If you wish to provide us with any video TESTIMONIALS to support your entry, please provide external links to your hosted video (eg. YouTube, Vimeo).
