The Technology Reseller Award for Use of AI award is for technology vendors, distributors, MSPs and VARs that have been making use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT in an effective and potentially transformative way. This could be within your own business operations, for example to enhance customer service or speed up product development or inspire new services, such as AI consultancy. Or within your products, to expand their capabilities and add value to customers.

Entrants should provide:

Overview
Overview of the company including when established, turnover, number of staff and awards for achievements in AI.

Entry based around the following criteria (4000 characters - approx 750-800 word maximum):

• A brief description of practical ways in which your company is using generative AI in its business and/or products.
• Details of investments, resources, headcount your company has committed to generative AI.
• The impact your use of generative AI has already had, or is projected to have, on your business in terms of competitive advantage, revenue, headcount, profile/industry leadership, supported by figures where applicable.
• The benefits to your customers, supported by figures and customer testimonials where applicable.
• Examples of where your use of generative AI has helped raise the profile of your business as a leader in its sector, for example through participation in industry bodies, speaking engagements, awards etc..

Supporting Documents

• You may provide TESTIMONIALS to support your entry. Multiple files are allowed but these should be combined into a single zip file prior to upload.
• Please make sure you submit your entry using the online form. An entry submitted as a separate document will NOT BE GIVEN TO THE JUDGES.
• The judges will only read other supporting documentation in the case of a tie so DO NOT INCLUDE here any vital part of your basic entry as it WILL NOT FORM PART OF THE INITIAL JUDGING PROCESS.
• Please do not upload video files. If you wish to provide us with any video TESTIMONIALS to support your entry, please provide external links to your hosted video (eg. YouTube, Vimeo).
