For Vendors of IT Management software, solutions and platforms that help MSPs and/or end user IT departments monitor, manage, support and secure IT assets and infrastructure.

Judges will be looking for vendors of IT management and IT service management systems that have achieved great things in the last 12 months and made an outstanding contribution to the success of channel partners and their customers through product innovation and effectiveness, new capabilities, digital transformation, market disruption and/or UK expansion.

Entries should include details of achievements and successes in areas such as sales growth, market reach, customer wins, technology leadership, channel support and customer service.

Entrants should provide:

Overview
A brief description of your company (inc. turnover and number of staff) and an overview of your IT management or IT service management software, solution or platform, including functionality, target market, route to market, customer numbers and market share. 

Entry (max 4,000 characters, including spaces) to include the following:

• Your solution’s main selling points, its value to MSPs and IT departments, what makes it stand out from competitor solutions in its space (e.g. functionality, level of automation/AI, scalability, flexibility, affordability etc.)
• Your major achievements, innovations and successes in the last 12 months and their impact on your business and the performance of your channel partners e.g. sales numbers; market share growth; channel expansion; portfolio expansion; acquisitions; new procurement models and industry leadership/recognition. Include any relevant figures to back up your claims. 
• Future plans: how you plan to continue to develop your IT management or ITSM solutions to fuel your own growth and enhance the efficiency, productivity and profitability of MSPs and end user IT departments.

• You may provide TESTIMONIALS to support your entry. Multiple files are allowed but these should be combined into a single zip file prior to upload.

• The judges will only read other supporting documentation in the case of a tie so DO NOT INCLUDE here any vital part of your basic entry as it WILL NOT FORM PART OF THE INITIAL JUDGING PROCESS.
