A nearly 40 year career in the technology space, I have had some fantastic experiences, seen and worked with some great people, shaping who I am today.

Partnerships, and teamwork are my passions and profession.

I started in channel sales a lifetime ago in 1993 when I joined a fantastic business called SDX Business Systems, a recent MBO from STC. That particular journey continued through IPO in 1997 to being acquired by Lucent Technologies, and then spinning off to form Avaya - what a ride. Made some lifelong friends in the channel and all I remember are the good bits.

The rest is well documented in the history of this fantastic industry.

I am an instinctive collaborator and have an eye for an opportunity to "band together".

My life outside work is supported by my lovely wife Julia and 5 awesome kids, 2 grandsons, and golden lab - Archie.

My love of teamwork continues with a passion for Rugby Union and my team Leicester Tigers, and national team England. You can also find me occasionally looking for a lost ball on a golf course.
